Detached houses averaged $899,305, down 0.8% monthly. Semi-detached houses averaged $691,467, down 4.3% monthly. Attached houses averaged $777,168, up 1.2% monthly. Townhouse-style condos averaged $594,329, up 0.6% monthly. Apartment-style condos averaged $356,000, down 29.9% monthly. Overall, prices have increased significantly since June 2014.
